Microgreens are good for 14 days or longer if kept in refrigerator. They are cut and packaged immediety. Only wash when you are ready to eat to prevent early decay of the microgreen. Most are eaten raw and not heated. There are a few that are good for heating in soups and such but be sure to do your homework. I do not want you  missing out on the nutritinal benefits the microgreens offer.

ALSO IF YOU ARE TAKING COUMADIN/WARFARIN CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE ADDING TO YOUR CURRENT DIET. Vitamin K is a reversing agent to your blood thinner and may make it work less effectively. Manage closesly your levels if you and your doctor decide microgreens are a good choice for you!

Pictured above is the first few minutes after black out for these microgreens! They have been germinating in the dark, under weight,f or the past 4 days.In the next few hours they start to turn green and stretch tall. In a few days they will be ready for your table! Stay tuned for more photos of the progress of your microgreens.....

I have placed cards in front of each item so you can easily see the TASTE and BENEFIT of each item if you are new to microgreens!
